Capernaum Ministries
Capernaum Ministries has a rich history of collaborating with hundreds of pastors from large and small churches, through their origins in Renewed Life Ministries that began in 1982 under the guiding leadership of Jim Way. After years of presenting hundreds of conferences, retreats, and outreaches, the Renewed Life Ministries Board concluded that there was a great need for a place where church leadership could gather to seek the Lord’s direction to meet the cultural/social dynamics of the 21st Century. Hence, Capernaum Ministries was born, and through the donations of dedicated individuals and corporations, the property at 3500 Canal Road, in Lake Wales, FL, was purchased in 2009. Since their opening on March 1, 2010, Capernaum Ministries has reached out to countless pastors and church leaders by providing a place where they can meet, pray, and seek God’s direction for the Kingdom, as well as hosting many seminars and pastors’ labs.
Capernaum Ministries has a core focus on three areas: Our Core Ministries.

Capernaum Inn Retreat and Leadership Center is a small, intimate facility located in South Central Florida on a pristine lake 45 minutes south of Orlando. The beautiful property includes 8 cabins, a 2-bedroom / 2bath guest house, 17 fully equipped RV sites, meeting rooms, 600-feet of shoreline, and a 125-foot dock for fishing or viewing the beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
